Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your laundry business entity and CJREX Innovations, governing your access and operational use of the TAPOSna Laundry counter operating system and POS platform.
By registering an account, initiating a 14-day counter trial, or using the TAPOSna counter interface in your laundromat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Subscription Licensing and Free Trial Terms
TAPOSna operates on a simple, transparent SaaS counter licensing structure designed for Philippine laundry shops:
- 14-Day Full-Feature Trial: Every new laundry shop location is eligible for a 14-day free trial providing full operational counter features, weight calculations, thermal printing, and SMS dispatch. No credit card or upfront deposit is required to start a trial.
- Standard Counter License: Following the trial period, access is billed at ₱799 per counter per month, or ₱7,990 per counter per year (granting 2 months free of billing).
- Zero Contract Lock-in: Subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual cadence. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. Service remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Payment Methods: Subscription billing supports Philippine payment rails including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers.
2. Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) Hardware Policy
TAPOSna provides pure hardware freedom. We do not manufacture or mandate proprietary, expensive touchscreen cash registers.
Operator Hardware Responsibilities: The shop owner is responsible for furnishing standard web-capable client devices (such as Android tablets, iPads, mobile smartphones, or counter laptops) running an updated web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari).
Thermal Receipt Printers: TAPOSna connects seamlessly via Web Bluetooth and USB Serial to standard 58mm ESC/POS thermal printers. The shop owner is responsible for printer roll procurement and hardware maintenance.
Weight Scale Calibration: Garment weight inputs are entered into the TAPOSna counter intake form based on the physical counter scale. The shop is solely responsible for periodic calibration of its physical scales.
3. SMS Notification Dispatch and Android SIM Relay
To protect laundry shops from excessive per-message cloud fees, TAPOSna supports a native local Android SIM relay architecture:
- Carrier Relay Usage: When utilizing local Android forwarding, SMS messages are dispatched using the shop owner or counter phone local SIM card, utilizing standard Philippine telecommunications promos (such as unlimited all-net SMS bundles).
- Acceptable Messaging Policy: SMS functionality must be used strictly for transactional, operational laundry communications (claim notices, delay updates, completed cycle notifications). Using TAPOSna to transmit unsolicited advertisements, spam, predatory promotions, or abusive messages is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
4. Shop Data Ownership and Portability
We believe your business records belong strictly to you:
- 100% Data Ownership: The subscribing laundry shop retains full, exclusive ownership of its customer database, order histories, price lists, attendant logs, and revenue metrics.
- Data Export Guarantee: Shop owners may request a complete export of their store database in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time during an active subscription or within 30 days after subscription termination.
- No Hostage Data: CJREX Innovations will never withhold your customer or transaction records under any circumstances.
5. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Support
CJREX Innovations maintains an active target uptime of 99.9% for the TAPOSna cloud service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
TAPOSna is provided as an operational software tool. Under no circumstances shall CJREX Innovations be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost laundry items, physical machine breakdowns, counter scale inaccuracies, or local carrier network SMS delivery delays.
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines.
